A delicious keto-friendly BBQ chicken casserole that’s easy to make and packed with flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté onion and bell pepper until soft.
- Add shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

- Use pre-cooked chicken for faster preparation.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
