Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté onion and bell pepper until soft.
  4. Add shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
