Ingredients
- 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add onions and peppers. Cook until softened.
- Add the sliced steak and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until steak is browned.
- Lay out provolone cheese slices and divide the steak mixture evenly on top.
- Roll up tightly and serve immediately.
