Ingredients
- 2 lbs carrots
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and slice carrots into even pieces.
- Toss carrots with maple syrup, butter, and thyme.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- Stir halfway through cooking.
- Serve warm.
