Ingredients

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup cubed bread


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Brown the breakfast sausage in a skillet. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in shredded cheese, diced ham, diced onions, diced bell peppers, and cooked sausage.
  5. Add the cubed bread and mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  7. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown.
  8. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
