Ingredients
- Romaine lettuce
- Tomatoes

Instructions
- Prepare the Romaine lettuce by thoroughly washing and drying it, then tearing or chopping the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- Wash the tomatoes and slice them in half or into quarters.
- Gently crumble the feta cheese into bite-sized pieces.
- Rinse the fresh herbs and finely chop the parsley, basil, and oregano.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the prepared Romaine lettuce, sliced tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped fresh herbs.
- Drizzle the salad with a high-quality extra virgin olive oil and a splash of red wine vinegar or lemon juice.
- Season with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Cover the salad bowl and refrigerate for at least 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
