Description
A rich and decadent Millionaire’s Cheesecake featuring a chocolate swirl and a buttery graham cracker crust.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup sugar in a bowl. Stir in melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 1/4 cups sugar until smooth. Beat in flour and vanilla extract.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream and heavy cream.
- Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Drizzle half of the chocolate syrup over the top. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Pour remaining cream cheese mixture over the chocolate layer. Drizzle remaining chocolate syrup over the top and swirl gently.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely on a wire rack.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

- For a smoother chocolate swirl, warm the chocolate syrup slightly.
- Ensure cream cheese and eggs are at room temperature for best results.
- A water bath can help prevent cracking, though it’s not strictly necessary for this recipe.
