Description
Mini chicken and biscuit sliders are perfect for game night. They are easy to make and delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (10-count) package refrigerated biscuit dough
- Butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, parsley, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut each biscuit in half.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly.
- Assemble sliders by layering chicken salad between biscuit halves.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Add a dash of hot sauce for extra flavor.
