Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Optional toppings: berries, syrup


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, milk, egg, and melted butter.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
