Ingredients
- 1 cup pancake mix
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Optional toppings: chocolate chips, blueberries, sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk together pancake mix, milk, and egg.
- Stir in melted butter.
- Fill muffin cups about halfway.
- Add desired toppings.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
