Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Whipped cream, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll pie crusts and cut out circles using a cookie cutter or a glass.
- Press circles into mini muffin tins.
- In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.
- Pour pumpkin mixture into the pie crusts.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Let cool completely.
- Serve with whipped cream, if desired.

- You can use store-bought or homemade pie crust.
