Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups mashed overripe bananas (about 3 medium bananas)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, use a fork or potato masher to mash the overripe bananas until they’re smooth and creamy. You should have about 1 1/4 cups of mashed banana.
