Instructions
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.

- Stir in crushed graham crackers until the mixture thickens.
- Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 1-2 hours.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Optional: Dip balls in melted chocolate or roll in toppings.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.
