Description

A quick and easy no-bake Nutella cheesecake mousse. Perfect for a make-ahead dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Beat until well combined and smooth.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Spoon the mousse into individual serving dishes or jars.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  7. Garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.
