Description
A quick and easy no-bake Nutella cheesecake mousse. Perfect for a make-ahead dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Beat until well combined and smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Spoon the mousse into individual serving dishes or jars.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese.
- Adjust the amount of powdered sugar to your sweetness preference.
- You can add a tablespoon of espresso powder to the cream cheese mixture for a coffee-Nutella flavor.
