Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- Optional: chocolate chips, nuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Add milk, egg, and vanilla. Mix.
- Stir in oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sweetener.
- Fold in any additions like chocolate chips or nuts.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.

- Use very ripe bananas for best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness to your liking.
