Description
A simple one-pan chicken and broccoli skillet recipe.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add broccoli, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in chicken broth.
- Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and broccoli is tender.
Notes
- You can substitute other vegetables.
- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
- Serve with rice or quinoa.
