Description

A simple one-pan chicken and broccoli skillet recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add broccoli, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Pour in chicken broth.
  6. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and broccoli is tender.
