Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet or in a baking dish, skin-side up.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden and crispy.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For crispier skin, you can broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
