Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1/4 cup pesto sauce
- 2 flatbreads
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in olive oil over medium heat until done (5-7 minutes).
- Spread pesto evenly over flatbreads.
- Top with cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, and cherry tomatoes.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts.
- Slice and serve warm.
