  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Whipped cream for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust on a baking sheet.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, heavy cream, and granulated sugar until well combined.
  4. Stir in the cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt.
  5. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pie crust.
