Ingredients
- ¾ cup flour
- ⅔ cup pumpkin purée
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Mix flour, pumpkin purée, eggs, and sugar in a bowl
- Spread batter on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Bake for 12 minutes
- Roll the cake while warm
- Unroll and spread cream cheese filling
- Roll again and refrigerate before serving
