Juicy steak bites and crispy potatoes tossed in garlic butter for a quick and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 lb baby potatoes, quartered
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast potatoes for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Heat a skillet over high heat. Sear steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Reduce heat. Add butter and minced garlic. Stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Combine steak and potatoes. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Use cast iron for best sear.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
