  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika


Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into tender-sized strips.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Add the chicken tender strips to the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Let the chicken marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  5. Cook the chicken tenders: You can grill, pan-sear, or bake them.
  6. Grilling: Grill over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked through.
