Description

Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- ½ cup cranberries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts and cranberries with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until sprouts are tender and slightly browned.
- Serve warm.
