Simple and flavorful roasted cherry tomato sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool slightly, then stir in basil.
- Serve or store.

- Great with pasta or as a pizza sauce.
