Description
A delicious salad featuring roasted pears, salty feta, and a sweet honey balsamic dressing.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe pears, cored and sliced
- 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss pear slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast pears for 15-20 minutes, or until softened.
- Whisk together balsamic vinegar and honey.
- In a bowl, combine mixed greens, roasted pears, feta, and walnuts.
- Drizzle with honey balsamic dressing.
- Serve immediately.
