Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 apples, cored and sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 ounces mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions
