Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces pasta, cooked according to package directions
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef with the chopped onion until browned. Drain off excess fat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Add the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
- Serve hot.

- For a richer sauce, you can add a tablespoon of butter with the cream.
