Description
Delicious sausage, egg, and cheese rolled in a soft tortilla for a quick breakfast.
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 lb breakfast sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 medium flour tortillas
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain fat.
- Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in the same skillet.
- Lay tortillas flat. Divide egg mixture, sausage, and cheese among them.
- Roll tortillas tightly around filling.
- Heat rolled tortillas in skillet for 1-2 minutes per side to crisp.
- Slice and serve warm.
