Ingredients
- 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the thawed hash browns evenly in the bottom of the prepared dish.
- Scatter the cooked sausage, chopped onion, and green bell pepper over the hash browns.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the ingredients in the baking dish.
