Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound scallops
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Melt butter in a pan. Add garlic and cook.
- Add shrimp and scallops. Cook until pink and opaque.
- Pour in heavy cream. Simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with parsley.
