Description

Creamy Seafood Alfredo Pasta featuring shrimp and scallops.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Melt butter in a pan. Add garlic and cook.
  3. Add shrimp and scallops. Cook until pink and opaque.
  4. Pour in heavy cream. Simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
