A simple and healthy sheet-pan dinner featuring chicken and vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 lb broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss vegetables with olive oil and spices on a sheet pan.
- Place chicken thighs on the sheet pan.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice after cooking.
