Description

A simple and healthy sheet-pan dinner featuring chicken and vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 lb broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss vegetables with olive oil and spices on a sheet pan.
  3. Place chicken thighs on the sheet pan.
  4. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
