Description

Make pancakes for a crowd easily! Bake them in the oven on a sheet pan.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Cooking spray
  • Toppings of your choice (syrup, fruit, etc.)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Don’t overmix.
