Description
Make pancakes for a crowd easily! Bake them in the oven on a sheet pan.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Cooking spray
- Toppings of your choice (syrup, fruit, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Don’t overmix.
- Pour the batter onto the prepared sheet pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pancakes are golden brown and cooked through.
- Cut into squares and serve with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- You can add chocolate chips, blueberries, or other mix-ins to the batter.
- For gluten-free pancakes, use a gluten-free flour blend.
