Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces, ensuring they’re all similar in size for even cooking.
- Slice the sausage into 1-inch pieces, or leave them whole if you prefer larger bites.
- In a large bowl, toss the chopped vegetables and sausage pieces with olive oil, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until everything is well coated.
- Spread the mixture out evenly on the prepared baking sheet, making sure the ingredients have enough space to roast properly.
- Roast the sheet pan for 20-25 minutes, flipping the ingredients halfway through, until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and lightly caramelized.
- For an extra crispy finish, broil the sheet pan for 2-3 minutes at the end, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
- Remove the sheet pan from the oven and let the sausage and veggies rest for a few minutes before serving.
