Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the shrimp and asparagus with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on a sheet pan.
- Spread the shrimp and asparagus in a single layer.
- Roast for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp is pink and cooked through and the asparagus is tender-crisp.
- Serve immediately.

- You can add other vegetables, such as bell peppers or cherry tomatoes.
