Description

Shrimp Scampi Pasta Bake is garlicky, cheesy, and oven-ready! Make this comforting twist on a classic in under 40 minutes tonight!

Ingredients

  • Shrimp
  • Garlic
  • Butter
  • White Wine
  • Pasta

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions, until al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
  • In a large skillet or sauté pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant and lightly golden, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the shrimp to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until they just start to turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Deglaze the pan by pouring in the white wine. Use a wooden spoon to scrape up any browned bits stuck to the bottom of the pan. Allow the wine to simmer and reduce slightly, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cooked pasta, making sure to coat the noodles evenly with the garlic-butter-wine sauce.
  • Transfer the shrimp scampi pasta mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the top with the grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake the Shrimp Scampi Pasta Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden on top. Garnish with chopped parsley or chives, if desired.
