Easy chicken and rice slow cooker bowl recipe.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in slow cooker.
- Add rice, chicken broth, onion, soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
- Shred chicken with two forks.
- Stir chicken back into the slow cooker.
- Serve.

- You can add vegetables like carrots or celery.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
