Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  5. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken in the skillet.
