Ingredients
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter, cut into pieces
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine pecans, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in the slow cooker. Stir to coat the pecans evenly.
- Dot the top with butter pieces.
- Cover and cook on low for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Spread pecans in a single layer on parchment paper to cool completely.
