Description
Tender chicken and mushrooms slow-cooked in a flavorful garlic sauce.
Ingredients
- Chicken breasts: 4
- Mushrooms: 1 pound
- Garlic: 6 cloves, minced
- Chicken broth: 1 cup
- Soy sauce: 1/4 cup
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch: 1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper: to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Sear chicken briefly.
- Place chicken in slow cooker.
- Add mushrooms, garlic, chicken broth, and soy sauce.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Mix cornstarch with a little water.
- Stir cornstarch mixture into the sauce during the last 30 minutes of cooking.

- Serve over rice or noodles.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
