Description
Tender beef bites cooked in a slow cooker with rich garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cubed
- 4 tbsp butter
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Season beef cubes with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add beef cubes to the pan and sear until browned.
- Transfer beef and garlic butter mixture to the slow cooker.
- Pour beef broth over the beef and sprinkle with thyme.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Serve hot with rice or mashed potatoes.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce.
- Adjust salt to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
