Description

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1.5 lbs small potatoes, quartered
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano), chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place potatoes in the slow cooker.
- Top with chicken breasts.
- Arrange lemon slices over chicken.
- Sprinkle with herbs and garlic.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot.
