Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (or more, to taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic powder, ginger paste, red chili powder, and salt.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well, ensuring all pieces are coated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
