Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup or dark batter for spiderweb
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe.
- Cook for about 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
- To create the spiderweb, place the cooked crepe on a plate. Drizzle chocolate syrup or dark batter in concentric circles.
- Use a toothpick to drag lines from the center to the edge, creating a spiderweb pattern.
- Serve warm with whipped cream.
