Description

Easy and delicious spinach and artichoke wonton cups, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Press wonton wrappers into a mini muffin tin to form cups.
  3. In a bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, and garlic.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the wonton cups.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the filling.
  • You can substitute frozen chopped spinach for fresh spinach, thaw and squeeze out excess moisture.
  • Make ahead: Prepare the filling and store in the refrigerator. Assemble and bake just before serving.
