Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets (4-6 oz each)
  • Honey (2 tablespoons)
  • Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
  • Garlic, minced (2 cloves)
  • Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your skillet.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  3. If baking: Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with the honey garlic mixture. If using a skillet: Heat olive oil in the skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon in the skillet and brush with the honey garlic mixture.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes (oven) or cook for 3-4 minutes per side (skillet), or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
