This recipe guides you to make delicious sticky honey garlic salmon. You can bake it in the oven or cook it in a skillet.
Ingredients
- Salmon fillets (4-6 oz each)
- Honey (2 tablespoons)
- Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Garlic, minced (2 cloves)
- Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your skillet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- If baking: Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with the honey garlic mixture. If using a skillet: Heat olive oil in the skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon in the skillet and brush with the honey garlic mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes (oven) or cook for 3-4 minutes per side (skillet), or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, if desired.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of your salmon fillets.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
