Ingredients
- 1 package (10.75 ounces) frozen pound cake, thawed and cubed
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sliced strawberries and granulated sugar. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Layer pound cake cubes, macerated strawberries, and whipped cream in cups.
- Repeat layers.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
