Ingredients
- 1 large whole-wheat tortilla
- 1/4 cup hummus
- 1/2 cup mixed greens
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1 tablespoon light vinaigrette
Instructions
- Spread hummus evenly on the tortilla.
- Layer mixed greens, cucumber, bell peppers, and carrots on top of the hummus.
- Drizzle with light vinaigrette.
- Wrap the tortilla tightly.
- Slice in half and serve.
