Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into 1-inch pieces.
- Toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Spread them evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and slightly crispy.
- Serve warm.
