  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
  3. Stir in the beaten eggs and evaporated milk until well combined.
