Description
A sweet and spicy relish made with cranberries and jalapeños, perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 2 cups jalapeño peppers, chopped
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Combine cranberries, jalapeños, sugar, vinegar, and water in a pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until thickened.
- Stir frequently.
- Pour into sterilized jars.
- Let cool completely before sealing.
Notes
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
- For longer storage, process in a water bath canner.
- Adjust jalapeño quantity for desired heat level.
