Description
A simple and delicious Teriyaki Chicken & Veggie Sheet Pan Dinner.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
- Place chicken and vegetables on a sheet pan.
- Pour teriyaki mixture over chicken and vegetables. Toss to coat.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Serve over cooked rice.
Notes
- Adjust vegetables based on your preference.
- For extra flavor, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
